The DNA of Successful Sales People
Good article, Victor. Can you add a section on willingness to challenge the prospect or something like that. If you google "The Challenger Sale" it will have some content for this. It was a book written on DNA of successful sales people and they profiled 20,000+ sellers to understand this. One interesting epiphany they had was sellers who challenge the buyers POV win more. The thinking is that this is because buyers do not always have the answers (even if they think they do) or they would have solved the problem on their own already. To do this correctly tho a Seller needs to be well versed in the industry and trends so back their disruptive POVJan.25,2024
So I googled the book "The Challenger Sale" and found this article: A 5-Minute Summary Of 'The Challenger Sale' Book Your Boss Told You To Read and the EPUB version of the book.
